What Programs, and Free ones Please. I am Broke

Hey all, I am broke, but am looking for a program or programs that will make profesional looking images, pictures, ECT... So thanks to the community for responding, I am waiting for messages. THANKS!

Seems kinda funny that you would suggest Photoshop and suggest using a cracked version when that is considered stealing but if someone wants to to use copy-writed art work thats not ok??
What are the rules here?
I make all my sigs and various other things in Gimp when im on my Linux distro which is most of the time. Im not sure why you would tell him not to use it?

My question which you obviously didnt understand is , Why is it ok to steal programs but not artwork? i was asking about the rules and you didnt understand i guess.

And to attack me by saying my sig sucks, thats laughable! I think thats along the lines of the pot calling the kettle black.

Not only that but he asked for FREE programs which i gave an example of one. Gimp can do everything photoshop can its just slightly different.

When stealing ArtWork your taking credit for something you didn't do. When stealing programs you can't take credit for making it ._.

Stealing is stealing, and i was just clarifying or asking how its ok to steal one thing but not another.

Agreed,I do not deny that PS is better then GIMP or any other editing software, i use it a lot when im on windows.
Now that i see its ok to suggest cracking software i will do that next time when a question like this comes up.
