In your modern warfare folder there is folder called 'main'..

search the mw2 section thats how i found a tut

In the MW2 install dir there is literally a folder called 'main' Inside it are a bunch of folders called IWD, in the IW_xx format, xx being numbers. Open the right IWD with either an archiver, or Pakscape. drag the mod into the images folder.
