I remember doing these in gym. All the meatheads stood around trying to be flashy about it so I did like 3 reps of each then said I was done.
powerclean+benchpress+deadlift
for bench its 64% of your body weight
deadlift is your exact weight
and powercleans i forget
i had 105 for bench
155 for deadlift (so i obv weigh 155lbs)
and 85 for powercleans(i fucking hate powercleans)
you do each of them 10 times
then do them again 9 times
then each of them 8 times
ect, down to 1
and your timed, i got 12:52
it is allot more painful doing it than it sounds, trust me
oh and this is begginer level of 3 bars of death (only 6 in r school have done intermediate, not 1 has done advanced yet)

What are you doing this for exactly?
I do super sets at the gym.
It's hard as fuck because it cuts your rest time down by 30 seconds a set,
but you get ripped crazy fast. Creatine helps too.
