i have gotten keylogged befor , it opened in a remote pad thing is what it was called and he said the following : GIVE ME YOUR C.A ACCOUNT...i simply closed that program .. 30 sec later he says STOP FUCKING WITH ME OR I WILL DELTE YOUR SYSTEM 32 FOLDER !
i got scared and give him my SHITIES account with 23 gp , i simply restored my computer like 20 sec after i gave him it ... and after that he went BYE BYE motherfuckkkkerrs <3

When you stream a video, it gets saved on the cache of your computer, so you can theoretically get virused.

plus reformat should really be last solution. anyways you might want to think of getting microsoft essentials, as an antivirus solution since you said the one you have now is not working right. It is a free alternative that Microsoft offers, just make sure you dont have two antivirus installed at the same time, causes unecessary problems.

also might as well get malwarebytes and spybot..couldnt hurt just to scan your computer..dont know em? google is your friend too
