What's with the Rep System. I have 24 points and like 1000 purple/gray ones. Is anyone going to fix it?

It means neutral. As if they rep you but it doesn't do anything. Here's a screen shot.



Green = +1
Red = -1
Purple/gray = +0, -0

They can only give purple/grey ones because their opinions don't matter to us. They're just people who have 0-10 posts so they have no rep power.
