No need to worry, they wont arrest you for something like this, the value of the item would be too low to justify arrest. They would have to take you to small claims court to get the money. The amount of money owed is wayyyy less then what it would cost the state to arrest you and on top of that the court costs to take you to small claims is would cost them more then the item is worth. It seems like they're lying out of their ass.

On top of that its a transaction of goods between two people. You didn't take whatever they're giving you from them, they willingly sent it to you with the promise that you would pay them. This means you have a debt, you can't be arrested for debt only asked or court ordered to pay it. The worst possible out come I can see happening because of this is that they send your debt off to a collection agency.
