Why?
My computer is being funny. I did a Factory Restore on it and now every time I run Combat Arms my fan tries to fucking fly off outta my computer. And it also overheats a lot but only when I play Combat Arms. I just figured I have a dinosaur computer so that was why but.....

clean ur fan.get some compressed air and just blow the shit out it.it worked for me fyi it helped alot i used to lagg like aevery minute but whenever i did that no lagg at all except for internet lagg but not pc lagg.

get an external fan for your computer (i used to have one, worked like a charm) to prevent overheating. seems like a hardware failure, not because of OS reinstallation.
