Just build you're own gaming rig bud. Go to TigerDirect or Newegg and hunt out some parts. It will be way cheaper and in some cases it will crank out even more power since some Computer Companies clock down their hardware. I know from experience, and you will have some fun in the process
Heres a list and walkthrough of the parts you need and how to install them. Your DIY 4 GHz Dual Core Gaming Rig For $720 : Steer Clear Of Discount Offers or if you're looking for something specific I can sniff out some parts for a beastly budget rig, just shoot me a pm

GateWay DX4850 (No lag at all.. 300 fps
Hello. Im a worker from Nexon, very good site
Hi im back MFS!
:mad :
Basic explanation time!
I somewhat customize my computers, and I sell them to neighbors and the neighborhood cholos. To tell the truth, if you want to get the cheapest option to get a great gaming computer, I would say build your own. Here's the link to the site that gives you the basic idea of how to build it. Granted, it won't guarantee success, but if you follow the directions, you'll have a 95% chance of getting a computer even better than Alienware: How to Build a Computer 2011
Now, I would recommend you read that, and then buy the equipment, because it really matters EXACTLY what outcome you want. Buy the equipment (Mother board, CPU, Fan, RAM, DVD/CD, sound card, processor, Sound card, MOST IMPORTANTLY VIDEO CARD, etc.) and then, follow the instructions here. If done right, it will not only run Combat Arms flawlessly, it will NEVER LAG...Unless you're internet sucks, in which that case, you're screwed no matter what.
Now, if you don't really care for working and saving and just want to get it via mail or UPS, go with Alienware. Right now, I think they're still having a sale on their m11x laptop, somewhere around about $600 if you order it normal, a bit more if you wish to customize. Otherwise, go to the nearest Best Buy or nearest nerd and ask them what's the best gaming computer they have for under $1,000. It'll work. Here's the link to the Alienware I was talking about:

Have fun with your new awesome gaming computer of uber pwnage.
