    right mouse click on the injector then choose the 3th option "run as administrator"

    unable to log on: login failure: user account restriction possible reasons are blank passwords are not allowed login hour restrictions or a policy restriction has been enforced...

    You don't need to run the injector on Admin if you got Xp.
    You run on Admin when you got Vista/7.
