How do u put together a base

hi, i downloaded a base from here

how do u put it all together and make in into a .Dll so i can inject it into combat arms?

Obviously you download c++, update all the addies. You open the base with c++, dump CShell and Engine, open them up, search for addies. Then you can update the VIP base, then you press f7 to compile. And a I missed a few steps in between but I'm sure you can figure them out xD
