Too much dead time (with you just walking around and not doing anything, like 1-2 seconds per clip i believe
over-used song, over-used Sniper sound, over-used vfx.
rid of the black shady outline (forgot what it's called in Sony Vegas)
or edit it to make it non-stock because i can tell that you just slapped the default effect on and didn't edit it.
fix the resolution of the videos, make them take up the whole YT Screen, don't do widescreens or anything. leave on black spaces. if you need help. i can TV you to do some editing
don't use bright color outlines, it's best to keep things simple
download more fonts
don't use google images
clips of multi-kills are better
and when slowing down, learn to lock the audio etc;.

PSG-1 is super heavy in SF, that's why you probably should take your pistol out most of the time and qs to your psg. And its kinda slow. =/
