1.go to your icon that you use to start the game But do not start it
2.Right Click the icon and choose properties
3.Click the Compatability Tab
4.Make Sure None Of The Boxes Are Ticked like disable visual themes ECT....

it goes basic due to call of duty 4 is an old game and doesnt support windows 7 theme's
