what do sv_cheats do?

sv_cheats are the codes like plr_move_speed_normal 1000 for example, the built in game codes for GM's which are encrypted by them and then someone normally a hacker, decrypts it. Thats how the console uses its codes but no one knows all the codes.

I have no idea what it does honestly, all my binds now work in game without me typing sv_cheats once or starting any programs

Any idea if that's still current? There has been several patches since I first saw that.

i have never had to enter sv_cheats 1 <<< never !!!!!! and the only reason i have s3een for it in the binds were for Developer binds and for noclip and respawn but they do not work even with sv_cheats 1 and developer 1 so idk why they won't work but they are real commands
