    Can you get in trouble for this?

    Lets say someone stays logged on to their youtube at a friends house and they leave and dont log off.

    What if the other friend starts messing around with their profile, by replacing their background with a penis and some information, can you get in trouble with the police or anyone like the school you go to even though it wasnt there?

    No. They will just cancel his account if they find out about it. If he tries to raise something they will just reply back with the usual "Its your account, you are responsible for logging in and out of it" excuse.

    It would be a different story if you hacked into it though.
