1. It's definently possible.
2. I do have V25 CA Files. (We are at V59 Now, so it's about a couple years old)

Well it's probably based off the FEAR servers... probably getting hold of a old CA version and then using that as the client would help.

Lol, No matter what you need server sided files, then you need a client wide enough and large enough to host, then you need a point system. Possible but only to those who can access all edges of CA!

Many people make private servers which are 'illegal' according to games ToS. Take WoW and RS servers for example.
