Trademarks carry two parts, Trademarked name and general name, Example:

Outlawz, Outlawz Game or Outlawz (something) wouldn't be trademark violation.

Really it boils down to deep deep legality and what exactly is trademarked, but you can rest assured that 1000's of companies have a trademark for Outlawz

Finally, It's "The Outlawz" that is trademarked.
