I'm not exactly restricted to a price, but I'm set on the i5 2500K. I'm pretty much just looking to find parts that are cheap, but I'm not wanting a top end expensive as fuck computer.
Thanks though @Doc, helped alot.

No I do not make game hacks anymore, please stop asking.
If you aren't too restricted than I can suggest this (this is my future build which will be used for overclocking and for a stealthed pc). Some parts are more about the look rather than value but it's a good reference for a mid-range gaming PC.

It's $2,066.82NZD but you can save a lot by getting a budget motherboard and a budget gfx card and less ram (around 4gb is perfect for casual gaming and pc use)
ASRock P67-PRO Motherboard B3 [P67-PRO-B3] - $129.00 : PC Case Gear
Gigabyte Radeon HD6850 1GB Overclocked [GV-R685OC-1GD] - $189.00 : PC Case Gear
AHH i came for my a mention, itn lied!
All the americans suggesting shit need to shut the fuck up, Australians have a harder time with: 1. The prices and 2. The availability of parts. So its a lot easier said than done.

Part 3: COMING SOON
Exactly @iverson954360 is a hell of alot more expensive here/aus and it's a bitch to find parts. I would order from the US but the shipping is ridiculous.
Oh well, I'll have to make do.
And Doc, thanks again, I think I'm almost done with sort of deciding on what I want, that mobo sounds better for price than what I was looking at.
Try and find free shipping!
