If you aren't too restricted than I can suggest this (this is my future build which will be used for overclocking and for a stealthed pc). Some parts are more about the look rather than value but it's a good reference for a mid-range gaming PC.

It's $2,066.82NZD but you can save a lot by getting a budget motherboard and a budget gfx card and less ram (around 4gb is perfect for casual gaming and pc use)
