invisible can be interpreted 2 ways:
-invisible in the sense of the player
-invisible in the sense of the player's character

if you would like to be COMPLETELY invisible to everything, then it would not be beastmode, as beastmode leaves your body behind (like ghost mode)

so being completely invisible would mean there is no HUD either, as your player's character is completely gone, but this is overcome-able. players bodies are just where the game stores your player's location, so if you were to freeze that value (beast mode), then you would leave your body behind, but not your camera. that's all it is. and ghostmode is just beastmode with a switchout of controls.

It also can be done via d3d. I seen about half a year ago someone make a hack where player is completely invisible via D3D.Only thing i dont get is what made it both server/client sided /

It's impossible for D3D to do anything remotely server-sided. D3D is used only to render the game's objects, and it doesn't edit any client data.

I made a mod that was client sided where all characters were invisible. It was slightly annoying but had some pluses to it

No1 could walk around
Modded speedhack (only when going down hill lol)
no1 could fire

Id link vid but im on mobile...me lazy
