well, in order to hack.. u got to the directory of the game u want... download a hack... go to the exe. file... launch the exe. file... open the game u want to play... and for some cheats u need to tab out n click inject cheat... then join a server... press insert to open menu... and select the things u want.. you should also read the "readme" file for you hack

well if you need runescape hacked i can do it for you just tell me what it is your wanting to be hacked and i can tell you if thats hackable or not, and dont say runescape, there needs to be something either an account you want or money which i dont think you can really get money on runescape by hacking, i think that was a load of bull that someone made up, and they've disabled cheat engine so u cant cheat your money either, but if they didnt have balanced trading i could hack an account that belongs to the sites you buy rs gp from... and i could get you money like that but they would have to take down balanced trading for that too work...
