it was actually never allowed on the server. MPGHCraft was supposed to be a hack-free and legit server, unitl @isomaniac released that xray and flyhack for MC a while back.

X ray is client sided, and it's hard to prove you are using it even if you are. It's more of a bug the way Minecraft relays data, I can't really enforce it.

I wouldn't BAN someone for using it since it's hard to know if they really are and people can plea innocence even if they are guilty, but I highly recommend you don't.

Unless you use it to grief, then I got no problem banning you. So basically on it's own = no ban, using it to cause problems = ban.
