Maybe not cancer, but anything thats not CO2 or O2 can do some damage to the lungs.

I just think, smoking or drinking is over all bad choice, and if you want excitement try walking through 3 states with only 50$ and 3 changes of clothes, I did it and damn it was actually pretty fun.
