Nexon just jacked me for 10 bucks!

Well I bought an ultimate game card with 20 on it, and I noticed I can only buy 5K, 10k, or 30K.

I clicked 30k, and added my pin and said it was invalid.
So I used 10k, and I got 10K NX.
Tried to re fucking use it, and it wouldn't let me.

I could have bought some fucking weed with that

When going to the UGC site you should see a message saying "You have a PayByCash balance. To use it: Click Here".

Then it will ask you to confirm you want to use your remain balance. And then you buy your remain NX.

After getting 10 NX, you can remain on the PayByCash website or go back to it. You'll read "You have a balance! " and it'll tell you to login to redeem it. They remember the email you signed up with your Nexon account with. Just register with it (it should automatically appear in the slot for email) and follow the link to the Nexon site to charge once again.
