set the fps to 29.97 and recors to external drive if you have one also get gamebooster from a torrent

High resolution without recording 60 - 80 FPS with recording 5 - 10 FPS

Low Resolution with recording = 20 - 25 FPS + Frame drops to 10 FPS.
