Well, I think the most useful hack and most hidden is change weapon hack. You equip a weapon, scan for that value's weapon, equip a different weapon, scan for that value and so on and so on until you get the value for that slot. Then when you change the value of the weapon and freeze it, you will have the gun that you changed it to or something like that lol.
