Finding people in SMP

Is there a mod or trick in locating players in SMP servers?

I've searched a long time and haven't found anything.

Have you tried typing then? and asking for their coordinates?

Maybe you guys don't quite understand, let me clarify.

This server has the factions plugin.

I'm playing a 5000x5000 map with no admin commands at all, the server is full on pvp.

Now asking for their co-ordinates would send you to some random location far from any online inhabitants.

Teleporting to them and recording their co-ordinates is also not going to work because even if I could I would most likely be killed and then banned for 30minutes, which is what happens when you die on this server.


I assume their co-ordinates are server sided so CE is out of the question?

So you couldn't find a way to locate them on a map then build a program that constantly updates their co-ordinates.



If all that is impossible, then could you at least find their factioned land?
