Nexon Forums - [EVENT] Vindictus - Wanted
“Wanted” Event Details
Time: 5-7 PM Pacific (8 - 10 PM Eastern) May 2 – 6, 2011
What: Each day at 12 noon (Pacific), a wanted poster containing a picture and the details of that day's nefarious felon will be posted on the Mercenary Report (In-Game). Between 5 and 7 PM (Pacific), that criminal will be logging into Vindictus and joining random adventuring groups. If you spot the criminal and whisper the “code phrase of the day” to them and request a duel. Accept the duel and whether you and win or lose, each member of the lucky party wins three Surprise Supplies!
The game will be having a "Wanted" event from May 2 to 6 where a criminal will randomly join parties/boats from 5-7 pacific, 8-10 pm eastern times. It also seems that the criminal is a real human being from the big N. In the forums, nobody has said how this is supposed to work yet, so until we learn exactly how this event works, it's best to always keep your boats private and avoid cheating at those times.
If you're a cheater, please read "Vindictus Cheater's Guide: The Basics". Play safe, cheat safe!

Someone Kill the GM pls with hacked alt :P
Pretty sure the "Wanted" player is going to join public boats and not through assist. Even if you do see an assist, you'd obviously not allow the player in, lol.
Proxies are ooh so laggy with me and my wireless'ness.
Honestly, we don't know if it will be a real person yet. I'm sure there are ways to make bots to do this. Of course, this kinda thought on the matter isn't fun to this topic.
What if they are able to join the mission after the boats already left? I know GM's already have the ability to do this, but this could be an indication of them being more actively searching for people that might be hacking.
