For everyone experiencing problems with injecting DLL or other things on vista, try updating your directX drivers and such. Just search directx10 and download it.
This fixed the problems with that, and helped chams work, but with this hack as soon as i start CA it crashes and i get the error "CA has stopped working" or whatever. Is this fixable?

I'm having a problem...I do everything the instructions say....I see the features (like FPS, crosshair, etc) but before I even reach the login screen, the game crashes without giving me an error or anything. (I'm on XP)

I kinda missed the post when I downloaded the bypass so I looked through the whole thread and Harold mentioned something about our problem on page 2:
