I have just one question: What the fuck is that?
CnC: The body of the middle one needs some smoothing out, very rasta'd. The middle one's smile looks rather iffy, and the blue/green smudge effect should have been done more extensively.
Also, the shadow doesn't mesh with the light source.
You might want to have the text lower and smaller, ending right at the middle guy's collar.
