Try Trampled Plains on Hero

bloodlust and valor are supposed to drop in regrets so that might be a good place

Trampled Plains Hero Mode has a much better chance for obtaining Valor Scrolls than Regrets... Too Late. They go for 600k a piece, Give +5 Balance, +4 Attack Speed, +130 Att, and +119 M.Att I believe.

Bloodlust gives +3 Balance, +5 Attack Speed, +150 Attack, and +132 M.ATt, I believe. Those drop in Regrets... Too Late Hero Mode, but have a lower drop rate, since they are rare, but go for 1.5 - 2 mil, depending on the server.

I'd say stick to Trampled Plains. I managed to obtain 16 Valor Scrolls within an hour.

Do this or just check vindictusDB and search up to scroll u want, usually in the comments someone has posted the location and how hard it is to get.

Not it is not retarded because it only last a week meaning if you were to buy a scroll on MP n it already expire or expire at the moment you buy it. People will be raging..
