I don't plan on getting a phone solely for games.
If it's large, sturdy, can text, can call, has a good antenna for service (my current one sucks) good camera quality, it's fast, preferably android os.

My friend has the Xperia, it feels a bit large imo and some screen buttons pissed me off. as for the galaxy, my friend as it too and i prefer it over the xperia, my brother has the galaxy tab too and damn it's amazing.
