ok ive got it the editor most likely used Cinema 4d, Blender, 3ds max and after effects combined.If you are trying to do this in Vegas then u HAVE TO HAVE 3DS MAX

Like Bandicoot said, you''ll need a modeling program.
To sum up the tutorial; make a bullet, rotate it, and render it with only the alpha channel so it's transparent. Then just scale it down untl it hits the person.
Video Copilot teaches you how to do a panoramic shot too, but this guy didn't use that even though he definately used their bullet

Yeah, I got the suite. It's all final cut stuff, aesthetics that aren't the essence of the video. Useful, but not for the effect this guy wants.
