The vectors in the right hand corner don't look good bruh.
Shade of red just doesn't mesh well, and it's too choppy.
I dunno if vectoring with this particular focal was a good idea in general, but that's just my opinion.
Since you did use them though, I would have added some more of those magenta colored ones on the left,
as if they were enveloping your focal.
The red "vectors" were ectually tweaked bokkehs. lol getting back into this is harder than I thought
lol me and adjustment layers are still best friends
Nothing much to say ..Awesome ..
blur out some of the vectors in the right hand side or just get rid of them
that purple thing to his right just gives me a feeling like it wants to be there but it shouldnt
other than that
Yeah I can tell you like adjusent layers and know how to use them
It makes everything look just "better" and those bokeh vector things do look like bokehs
Not he one that look like a sterotypical flower but the rest do for me at least bbt then again once you tell someone what something is they associate what thy see with that image so I'm seeing bokehs only because it was already said that they were bokehs
The grundge-iness of the mass effect guy doesnt work well with the very smooth looking vectors. Need to either smoother out the character adn take out all the grain, or add grain to everything else.

I'm probably going to decide to put grain on everything in, but it looks better with just one color tone shaded and blended with noise. My Kodachrome does that during my night shots so I think that it just looks a lot better. And I can post the bokkeh when I get home, just to show you guys it was actually a bokkeh before I tweaked it. LOL
