Dont understand the game APB

so i have the game now and im on the cops side...
and now what? i see all kind of people who you can talk to by pressing F
then i see list of things idk what to do with them...
then i join group i press K then im ready then we do missions
and now i wanna buy sniper then i have to be lvl 10 with a guy or something?
can someone help me out a bit

Do the tutorial, get into a mission by pressing K and you should pretty much get everything else.

If you pledge to someone you get a mission!
You can search for groups that is pledged with with the same pledge like you!
All pledges got 6 Lvl's Completing them will reward you with symbols, clothes, weapon unlocks, will give you cash to buy items at the store/marketplace and will rank you up
With higher Rank, (They call it prestige mode) You get access to better weapons with better attachments and you will unlock more clothes and you will get access to better cars

Another thing, you got a Wanted system get all stars full and the world is against you everybody is enable to shoot and kill you but you can kill them back it's like free for all but against you XD

well as you progress through your contacts you will get new rewards. there are a certain number of levels per contact. each level provides new rewards. go talk to a contact and pledge to them. you will unlock their rewards faster

too bad i can only play APB for 5min then it totaly feezes..
i can do nothing about it need to wait for a fix
