Hmm, well from what I've seen only the person using the buff can see it. I stood next to my brother in an empty channel with no one else around and I used the F5 buff (or whatever you want to call it) and he couldn't see it at all. I also spawned a bunch of golden balls but only I could see it also.

Okay, the only reason you're seeing that is because YOU are using the hack. Sometimes when someone presses F5, even if they are not using the hack, it will appear that they have been buffed to whoever else is using that hack.

Well those people that report people are usually those people that are like "hackers are messing up my game so they deserve to burn"<- one of my guildmates said that lol they report us because they think their doing some civil duty...
