We will be performing an unscheduled maintenance on all game servers on May 11, 2011.During this period, Vindictus will be unavailable. Game maintenance will last approximately 2 Hours.

Apparently a lot of people are getting banned recently too. Might be related?

Nope apparently I'm wrong. This already happened, but they didn't fix anything as usual (in fact, they made it worse).
