1) it's a small problem
2) i infracted the wrong post but it's still relative to the CSB/TLDR.

I give warnings (and not bans with warnings) so members can better themselves if they've done something wrong. If they didn't consider the warning and repeated whatever they did, they would then get the ban.
You did it once, it was a warning, i'm not banning you, I placed that warning (even though it was petty) just so you will remember: I DONT WANT A WARNING AGAIN, SO I WONT CSB/TLDR again.

It's not going to change your 'civil rights' (Mr. Lawfully literal) or anything on MPGH. If you just said, OKAY JABUUTY, WONT HAPPEN AGAIN. there would be no problem. Was it necessary to escalate a warning to this level? nope. not at all.
