People hes asking how to take the iso and put it on a disc.

Use whatever mounting program you used to burn the iso to a disc, as most mounting programs come with the ability to burn isos to discs. Burn it to a DVD and when your computer is starting up, there should be an option for 'Boot menu' or similar that you can select to chose what you want to boot from. Pick your right CD/DVD drive and it should start loading from there.

Clean the hard drive using Darik's Boot And Nuke after removing all data on your drive put the WinXP disk inside your PC and boot it.

Burn .iso to disc, put the disc into the comp reboot into safe mode and load up bios and make the cd drive the first drive to be loaded then reboot again.

i have win 7 ultimate. shit sucks.
i want to downgrade to win xp. I downloaded .iso
but when i run the setup after extraction, it says u cannot downgrade, u have to run setup while bootup
can anyone tell how to convert my win xp files to bootable version?

use the CD to install XP

Just find a windows 7 iso, burn it to a disc, then boot from it. That always works for me.

It will install it, format your windows 7 partition then install there
