If Dave wants to axe the graphics section anyway, then how does the traffic in this section matter?

To be honest, it wouldn't bother me one bit if the GFX team was removed.
There's no benefit to having the tag anymore. It used to be a form of rank, but now everyone knows who's who and there's no need to separate the individuals with more experience.
The entire section I believe would be a bit unfair. There are plenty of sections with far less activity than this one, yet they remain.
I found community and friends in this section, and I think if other users have a right to be and post in sections they enjoy, so should we.
Removing the GFX team wouldn't make much of a difference, but removing the sections would really take a chunk out of the community.

haze doesnt do shit all for the section
shayne hangs around but would get the same respect with or without a tag
ryan isnt here much any more, and same as shayne in the respect area
and then ryguy really hasnt been active, has a green name anyway
that being said the gfx team gives people something to aim for if they hang around here and get good, though i think we need to revamp the section, not necessarily new blood, but new ideas and stuff

Doc still needs and orange name though
I'm not sure how many times the section has been trying to get back to it's old ways but it never seems to work but since it's summer something could work
