That happens when you make an account with fake or hard to remember info -.-

Next time, make sure to save your account info somewhere. Anyway, your account has been banned already, so it is dirty now, start a new one =D

The best way is contacting Z8Games Support, and see if they can do something for you. But I guess, expect of what I said, there's no so much to do.
