Mw2 liberation problem

Hey ,
I've just downloaded Mw2 liberation folder for COD MW2 .
*I AM RUNNING ON STEAM*
*MY USER HAS ADMIN PRIVILEGES(or w/e)*
*USING WINDOWS XP PRO*
i have everything , C++ , .Net framework , correct version of the game.

well , i've clicked the "MW2_Liberation.exe" And nothing happened ..
no messages at all . but when i did CTRL+ALT+DEL , i've noticed my CPU is 26%
i've closed some DC816F.tmp~ file and it was back to 1% CPU USAGE..
-Tried to run as ADMIN , but it says i need to run as admin :O (weird..)

i have AVG 2011 , i've entered "resident shield" >> Manage excpections and then i've added my LIBERATION FOLDER to the list .
still doesnt work ..
Reinstalled the game , still doesnt work .

just download alteriw if you want to play with mods

and on there you can't get banned for using mods

btw you can just copy your mw 2 and place the crack from alteriw.net

Screen shot it. So I can see if I can upload the missing files for you.

EDIT: AIW has a prob right now, so the game won't start. But the dialog doesn't talks about the missing files, so yea just screen shot it.
