Yeah you can set Nvidia's program to overclock for you, it'll continually raise the clocks until it becomes unstable then scale it back a bit so you get the most out of your card. But depending on how extreme you want to go it may keep you from using your PC for a few hours while it boots up and down while stressing the card.

Yeah overclocking won't do you anygood. You really need to have faster ram if you game even though you might have enough ram size.
