What do you mean doesn't work
It is visual only so you need to be able to see their stomach and you need to be pressing one of the aimbot keys

Because it's packed. Essentially all those whom provide public hacks for you guys to be good in-game, whilst looking legit, generally pack or compress their hacks so people can't decompile them too easily, and then steal their shit.

And to the person whom suggested infinite ammunition, it's far more easier said than done. Last time I bothered to check, that would require packet editing. And if one possessed the ability to grab those specific packets being sent to and from the client, they'd probably go for more extreme hacks rather than just infinite ammunition. Such as "God Mode", or whatever.
