why not just ban him, if paul gets his money back, throw in a screenshot paul, then unban the guy. much simpler than waiting. sorry to hear bout what happened paul, i know how you feel on that one, happened to me once. paypal got me the refund though so youll probs be fine too

I'm so glad everyone empathizes with me.. unfortunately Paypal has declined to get my refund back... because fr33dom112 refused my refund request... so it doesn't seem like im going to get my money back... but this is a definite lesson learned.... i will never buy another account from someone i don't know personally.. I'm not made of money... so for me to get robbed like that wasn't apart of the plan... but thank you guys for all the support and and the encouraging comments.. just dont do business with fr33dom112...learn from my mistake

Open a dispute on Paypal... Call them and get it handled. If those don't work, call your credit card company or bank, and get it handled through a chargeback.

btw paul, try not to let this deter you from trading/buying, shit happens i guess, just verify the middleman is real in every way possible, if the seller/buyer is true, then he wont mind the verification checks
and from what i know, visa credit cards and debit cards can have chargebacks done on them
