Personally, I don't think it's a huge problem unless a member says it in every other post. I mean, building up my reputation on MPGH does consist of being a spammer in MPGH General and irritating for a while, and having many older members bash at me for the right and wrong reasons. I think it's just one of those things that these newer members would need at moderation. Sure it's unprofessional as a forum community to allow 'assholes', and it could change; but if they're never set down and taught with and by the dogs, they will never be in the pack.

I've encountered many people with English as their secondary language and they're hella better at it than ones with it as their primary language.
