@JUNKED On the left side of the program you can choose if you want to clean history or registry, after you choose on the middle bottom you have the buton "Analyse", press it and it will analize for history/cookies. Once the analyse goes to 100%, press "Clean" which is on the lower right corner.

@Splinter Cell will it delete any programs? Or it's just a cleaner?

@JUNKED You can be 100% sure it won't delete any programs, it only deletes the unnecessary files.
Don't be scared to use it, it won't harm your PC.
