My knee twitched when I saw this. I hope that was a coincidence.
Otherwise I have this epic talent to physicly react to ugly stuff. Now that I think of it, I often shrug when I see ugly people walk down the street.
On topic: Read tutorials. This is basic Bevel&Emboss and huge Glow beginners (ab)use.
