ok... Render is not blended in well there is to many colours.The brushes you have you are ok but get your colours right and they would look better and the blur on the render i wouldn't do it stay away from the filters there is a time for them just you need to no when

-Brushes you have are horrible, and they should not be used for a background.
-For the colors, try keeping them in the same color wheel category. ( Tertiary, secondary, primary etc. )
-Text is awful and the placement needs to be redone.
-Stay away from those cheesy preset effects like drop shadows and bevels. ( If you are going to use drop shadow, and least play with the settings more. )
