It's not a liquid, nor a solid. Dose this mean it's a Plasma?

Pudding much like Jell-o steps on and spits all over Physics and chemistry as we know it pudding is in a amazing gel type state and jello is the only liquid that once frozen does not unfreeze unless being you put it in your mouth and squirt it around for a while.
