What programs do they use to Create CA?

I know there are a ton of programs but which ones do they use.

and What Experience do you need to create for Ex. scripting etc. etc.

The main engine is most probably coded in Native Code though.

Most games these days DO NOT use C++ as their main Engine.
Instead, they use C++ to create their own language; called Native Code.

Yes, I know that they build their own language for the Engine.
And thanks for pointing it out!

But, you do agree that he shouldn't get into doing this? I mean, for someone who has never programmed, we can't ask him to program his own language... He might as well do it in C++.

Or spend over a year or two learning about C++, which you can than get a job and make some money which I am currently doing. (but again, it takes A LONGGGG time to even learn the basics of C++).

C++ in itself is easy to learn; it's the mechanics of coding that's difficult. To make games, you need to know a bit about the kernel and how to use WinAPIs correctly. Then if you want to protect your game, you'll want to know more about that (and if you're working for GameGuard, you needa know the three rings).
